Southover Cooked Meats If you want your customers to remember you for selling the best cooked meats around then you need to take a look at our award winning products. Produced on-site to the highest possible standards We’ve been making quality, cooked meats for twenty years. It’s the core of our business and has shaped our identity as a speciality food manufacturer and supplier across Sussex, the South, London and the Midlands. Our recently refitted and expanded production facilities have allowed us the flexibility to produce bulk and bespoke orders as well as regular product lines to a consistently high standard. Our core cooked meat lines include a variety of cooked hams, which are all made by hand using traditional ingredients and techniques, including an oak smokery. Having such an advanced production system, though, means that we can hand produce on a large scale, enough to cater for even the largest customers. We also produce high quality cooked beef, topside and silverside, as well as a multi-award winning English cooked bacon amongst many other lines. Having recently built a dedicated slicing department we can produce large quantities of sliced cooked meats in gas-flushed packs of either 500g or 1kg, which has proved immensely popular as it allows many busy outlets to save time and increase portion control without having to compromise on quality. Also recently achieving BRC accreditation has also ensured that you really are getting the best quality of service and product available. It has been out mandate since starting out in 1989 to deliver affordable quality and consistency and that hasn’t changed in over twenty years.
